Why does the current course still list older core unit codes?
The qualification's actual core list controls the package.
What does this mean for your study?
Older-looking codes remain in the official Release 4 core list. Those exact listed units control the package. A successor unit with a similar title cannot simply be substituted because it appears newer.
What should you check next?
Compare your provider’s core list with the official list. Ask the RTO to explain any difference and the applicable mapping or packaging authority. Keep that answer with your training plan rather than assuming the titles mean the same thing.
What should you compare?
- Official core
- successor unit
- mapping
- provider explanation
What remains unconfirmed?
Any approved change to your training plan
What can you do next?
Query differences instead of assuming substitution
